OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. Bidder must hold a valid NABL Accreditation Certificate for the relevant discipline. 2. Copy of NABL accreditation with approved scope must be uploaded. 3. Bidder must have valid GST Registration an d PAN. 4. Bidder must not be blacklisted by any Government/PSU (self-declaration required). Self-declaration regarding: o No blacklistin g o Acceptance of tender terms Technical Requirements a) Calibration must adhere strictly to NABL stand ards and ISO/IEC 17025 practices. b) Certificates must include: Measurement uncertainty Environment al conditions Reference standards used c) If calibration results are out of tolerance, bidder must obtain w ritten approval before adjustment. d) Previous calibration certificates (provided by AIESL) shall be used as reference for parameter ranges. Transportation Requirements a) Bid must be inclusive of to-and-fro transp ortation charges (mandatory under GeM quote inclusion). b) Transportation must ensure protection of equi pment; liability for damage, loss, or mishandling rests with the service provider. c) In case of bulk calibration with similar due dates, consolidated pickup may be arranged. Turnaround Time (TAT) a) Bidder must clearly specify expected TAT for calibration. b) Delay beyond committed TAT must be communicated in advance and approved by AIESL. c) Failure to adhere to TAT without valid justification may lead to penal ties or rejection. Pricing Conditions (GeM Compliant) a) Prices shall be firm, all-inclusive, and as applicable to Government/PSU Institutions. b) GST must be shown separately as per GST Rules. c) HSN code for calibr ation services must be clearly mentioned. d) No additional charges will be accepted beyond what is quoted on GeM. Quality Assurance & Non-Conformance a) Any discrepancies, deviations, or non-conformance mu st be rectified without additional cost. b) AIESL reserves the right to reject certificates not conforming to N ABL requirements. c) Re-calibration must be arranged immediately upon notification. Payment Terms (As p er GFR-2017 & GeM) a) Payment will be made through GeM only after submission of: Final NABL calibrati on certificate Invoice Delivery Confirmation b) AIESL follows standard Government/PSU payment norms (typically 30 days). c) No advance payment shall be allowed unless permitted under GeM rules. General Conditions a) AIESL reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel the bid without assigning any reason, in li ne with GFR Rule 173. b) Bidder must maintain strict adherence to ethical procurement standards per CVC guidelines. c) Canvassing, influencing, or collusion will lead to disqualification. d) All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction. e) GeM General Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these tender-specific cond itions. f) In case of out-of-tolerance results, corrective action and re-calibration shall be carried out without additional cost. g) Validity - Calibration validity shall be 12 months, unless otherwise specified by DGCA / OEM.
