OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses ​1. Bidder shall comply with Penalty Clause mentioned in ATC Document.

  • 2.Bidder shall submit duly signed and stamped ATC document
  • 3.To comply with Experience Criteria of One Year Mentioned in Bid Document, Bidder shall submit Work O rder/Contract/Invoice /Agreement against supply / Leasing/Hiring of mobile Floor Cranes to any Central /St ate Govt Office/Department or PSU /CPSE/Airport Operator /Airlines /Ground Handling Agency /MRO /Private Company or any client availing mobile Floor Cranes Leasing/Hiring Services inside the Airport in a ny of the Following Financial Years
  • A.FY 2023-24
  • B.FY 2024-25
  • C.FY 2025-26 On going Contracts of FY 2026-27 shall also be considered.
  • 4.Bidder shall submit Data Sheet of offered manual mobile Floor crane offered against the Bid, which shall include following information.
  • A.Technical Specifications of the Equipment.
  • B.Images of offered Equipment
  • C.Copies of relevant Certifications meeting regulatory and statutory compliances for the usage of these E quipment.
  • 5.Bidder shall submit documentary proof of ownership of the Equipment offered against the Bid.
  • 6.Bidder shall submit the certificate issued by the OEM or any designated Lab whose certification is accept able by regulator agencies and IAF for load tested to 125% SWL
  • 7.Bidder shall submit undertaking for acceptance of Bid Terms and Conditions including Buyer added ATC Clauses. OR Duly Signed and Stamped GeM Bid document may be submitted, which shall be considered as an accepta nce of all Bid Terms and Conditions including ATC.​ .
