Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Bidder Additional Eligibility criteria · Service Center: The Bidder must have functional service center in Ahm edabad or Gandhinagar. (Document is need to be submitted with details S ervice center name, Address, Contact number). · Bidder Turnover: 5.52 Lakhs The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the l ast three years (FY: 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26), ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be Rs.5.52 lakhs in the bid document. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods and a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Ac countant indicating the turnover details with UDIN number for the relevan t period shall be uploaded with the bid. · Bidder Past Performance: The Bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar AMC Servi ces during the last three financial years i.e., FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025- 26, from any Central / State Government Organization, PSU, or Listed Co mpany, meeting any one of the following criteria for work orders issued b etween 01.04.2023 and the bid submission due date: ¨ One single work order of value not less than Rs. 2.21 Lakhs, OR ¨ Two work orders, each of value not less than Rs. 1.38 Lakhs, OR ¨ Three work orders, each of value not less than Rs. 1.10 Lakhs. · Bidder should be having valid ISO certification to IT infrastructure repair and Maintenance i.e. 9001:2015 or higher version certification of IT servic es or AMC/maintenance scope. Document must be submitted. · MSEs and Start-ups shall be eligible for exemption from Turnover if th e bid related services are specifically mentioned in the MSE document an d in the case of Start-ups, the IT services is mentioned in the Startup reco gnition document. · Bidder should not be blacklisted/debarred by any state government / central government / PSU in last three years as on last date of bid submission.
